Andi Keeling (aged 45 in 1983)[1] is a business woman. She got her first job in banking at the age of 16 and is now the Royal Bank of Scotland's director of women's markets. After 30 years with RBS, Andi is the most senior out lesbian within the organisation of 140,000 people.[2]

She won an award as "Inspirational Role Model of the year" in the G3/Out In The City Awards, 2013, and was ranked 88 in the World Pride Power List 2013. The World Pride Power List citation said:

"The male-dominated banking world put Keeling off being out at work; she now hopes she can be an inspiration to other gay women in the sector."[3]

She lives in Fleet, Hampshire, with her partner Nikki.[1]
