Ruth Davidson (born 1978) is a Conservative Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP).
She was ranked number 83 in the Pride Power List 2011 and 60 in the World Pride Power List 2012. The World Pride Power List article said:
- As leader of the Scottish Conservative and Unionist party, Davidson is the first openly gay party leader in Britain. She has pledged to campaign to beat the ban on same-sex marriage.[1]
