Femi Otitoju (born 1958) is an Equality and Human rights activist, trainer & consultant. She is Training Director of Challenge, which provides training and consultancy in equality and diversity.She was listed number 90 in the Pink List 2010. The citation said:
- "Formerly of The Observer, Otitoju founded the diversity training consultancy Challenge 22 years ago. Always an in-demand speaker, her 2005 e-learning package, Same Difference, proved an invaluable resource for both the public and private sectors."[1]
