Robert Crossman (1947–1966) was a Labour politician and gay activist.
He was a councillor in Altrincham, Greater Manchester and later in the London Borough of Islington. He was Mayor of Islington for 1986–87, founder and chair of the Islington Lesbian and Gay Committee, and a founder member of the Gay Labour Group (later renamed the Labour Campaign for Lesbian and Gay Rights.[1]
