Bi Scotland is a registered Scottish charity (number SC035396; registered since 2003). Its objects are:
:To advance the education of bisexuals, those who believe they may be bisexual, the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community and the wider public in all matters concerning bisexuality; and
