The '''Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 2006''' was an Act of Tynwald (the Manx parliament) which reduced the [[age of consent]] for gay sex from 18 to 16 in the [[Isle of Man]], bringing it into line with [[England and Wales]] and with [[Scotland]]. It also repealed Section 38 of the [[Sexual Offences Act 1992]] (the Manx equivalent of [[Section 28]]).
