Gay Mafia Watch is a "devil's advocate" website "questioning the banquet products and the lifestyle we are increasingly being sold." It is promoted by "an anonymous, independent and impartial group of observers who felt the need for there to be a 'watchdog' asking questions and raising standards within the LGBT Media sector."

Trevor Ruth is said to be the leader of Gay Mafia Watch.[1]
