Dean Atta

Dean Atta is a black performance poet.

He was ranked number 92 in the Pink List 2012. The Pink List citation said:

"The winner of a 2012 London Poetry Award, Atta has been described as "the Gil Scott Heron[1] of his generation".[2] He has written and performed poems for the Damilola Taylor Trust, the Tate and the Houses of Parliament, and leads anti-racism and homophobia workshops for young people."
