The Xchange
The Xchange was a long-standing gay bar in the Triangle area of Bournemouth. It closed in 2020 after the licence was revoked.
- "The Xchange is one of the longest running gay pubs/clubs on the South Coast. It has had a number of incarnations in its time including 'telephone bar' and 'wine bar'. However after a recent refit it's now a great looking gay bar and club."[1]
It was listed as "Xchange Wine Bar" in the Spartacus Guide for 1998/99 (page 912).
In 2022 there was a suggestion that it might re open [2].
