The Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) is a UK charity working in the fields of HIV and sexual health. It was set up in 1982, and is named after Terrence Higgins who was one of the first people in the UK to die of AIDS.

From 2006 to 2020 The Terrence Higgins Trust was based at Acorn House in Gray's Inn Road, London. [1] In 2020 the trust moved to Caledonian Road.

THT provides the "YGM" website for young gay men.
