Penarth Pier

Penarth is a seaside town in the Vale of Glamorgan.

The Victorian pier was reopened after extensive renovation in 2013.[1]

LGBT history

The writer Graham Robertson went to school in Penarth.

In 2015, Fern Coslett from Penarth set up set up "the UK’s first fashion focused LGBT+ clothing brand".[2]

The Penarth Pier Pavilion has screened a series of short films from Iris Prize, Wales’ International LGBT Film Festival.[3]
