The LGBTQ General Assembly is an annual event held in January in Milton Keynes. It is organised by Q:alliance and seeks to bring together all the organizations that are interested in the Lesbian, Gay, Bi- and Transgender and Questioning communities in South-East England.

The General Assembly was held in 2010 and again in 2011. The 2012 event is planned for the last Saturday in January.
