Norman Scott, the man at the centre of the trail of Jeremy Thorpe, attended a secondary modern school in Bexleyheath (at the time he was known as Norman Josiffe).

The Haven Social Group meets in Bexleyheath.

The Bexley Invicta football club play in Bexleyheath.
