Cannock Chase District shown within Staffordshire

Cannock Chase is an area of countryside, and also a local government district, in Staffordshire. The main towns in the district are Cannock, Rugeley and Hednesford.

LGBT history

The writer Tom Wakefield was born in Cannock in 1935.[1]
