Dunbartonshire shown within Scotland

Dunbartonshire is a former county in Scotland. Its main town was Dumbarton (note difference in spelling). In 1975 it became part of the Strathclyde region. Since 1996 most of the county has been divided between the council areas of East Dunbartonshire and West Dunbartonshire.

LGBT history

Patrick Harvie MSP was born in Vale of Leven in 1973.
