Lewisham's LGBT+ Group logo

Lewisham's LGBT+ Group is "a group for Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Trans people and their allies in Lewisham."[1]

Its aims were stated as:

  1. To increase LGBT+ visibility in Lewisham
  2. To raise awareness of LGBT+ safe-spaces, organisations, clubs and activities, in lewisham and the wider community.
  3. To create new community activity for the LGBT+ families and wider community.
  4. To advocate for inclusive and specialist services and support for the LGBT+ community.
  5. To foster a sense of community, pride and place for LGBT+ people, their families and allies.
  6. To help tackle all forms of discrimination faced by the LGBT+ community.[2]
