Todmorden is a town in the Metropolitan Borough of Calderdale in West Yorkshire.

In the mid 1970s Todmorden was the home to a number of CHE activists, including Chris Bowden-Smith. The town has a monthly women-only disco[1] and is said to have an unusually large lesbian population.[2]
