LGBT Fans Deserve Better is an an international organisation that aims to "educate people on how harmful negative LGBTQ+ representation in the media can be to our community, as well as advocate for better, more positive representation."[1] It was founded in the spring of 2016, after a particularly violent television season for LGBTQ+ characters.[2]
