Rochdale Town Hall

Rochdale is a town and metropolitan borough in Greater Manchester. It was an important textile manufacturing centre in the early industrial revolution, and the birthplace of the co-operative movement. As well as Rochdale itself, the Metropolitan Borough includes the towns of Middleton, Heywood, Littleborough and Milnrow, and the village of Wardle.

LGBT history

There was an Oldham-Rochdale-Tameside CHE group in the 1970s.

The Rochdale LGBT Network Reading Group meets in the Central Library.[1]

Gay Rochdale is a website aimed at LGBT people.[2]
