- Not to be confused with the ByoU Project, a service for young people in Wigan.

beYOU is a lesbian and gay information network for Berkshire.
It was set up in 1979 as the Reading Lesbian & Gay Helpline to support lesbians, gay men, their families and friends at a time when 'coming out' was generally more difficult and daunting.[1] It is a registered charity (1100758).
In May 2013, Thames Valley Positive Support (TVPS) took over the running of beYOU.
