Sir Paul Jenkins KCB QC is a barrister and senior civil servant.

He was ranked number 71 in the World Pride Power List 2012. The World Pride Power List article said:

"Chief executive and permanent secretary of the Treasury Solicitor's Department since 2006, Jenkins is Britain's most senior openly gay civil servant."[1]

He was knighted in the 2012 Queen's Birthday Honours.[2]
