Age UK is the UK's leading charity for older people. It was formed in 2009 as a merger between Help the Aged and Age Concern. Each local Age UK is an independent charity, partnering with the national body.

Age UK has produced a range of informational material aimed at older LGBT people, and Age UK Camden have led the Opening Doors project for older LGBT people in central London. Other local Age UKs sponsor groups for older LGBT people in different parts of the country.
