The Rainbow Forum is a group of individuals who aim to provide a support network for LGBTQ people in Herefordshire.

It has promoted the Autumn Rainbow group for older people, and the Outside In group for younger people, and organises the Out in the Sticks festival in May.

It was listed for a time in 2013 as a member of the LGBT Consortium.
