North Ayrshire is a council area in Scotland. It was created in 1996, replacing the Cunninghame district, within the former Strathclyde region. The largest town is Irvine. The council area includes the Isle of Arran.
LGBT history
The Open Ayrshire Group is for young people aged 13 to 25 that identify as LGBT in North Ayrshire.[1]
