The Equal Marriage NI Campaign was launched in July 2012 to push for marriage equality between gay and straight couples in Northern Ireland.[1]

The Campaign is "a consortium of groups and individuals campaigning for the introduction of full marriage equality in Northern Ireland".[2] It includes representatives from bodies including The Rainbow Project NI, NUS-USI, GLYNI and the Queen’s University Belfast LGBT Society.[1]
