Tennis London International (TLI) claims to be the largest gay and lesbian tennis group on the UK, and one of the country’s leading gay sporting organisations. They aim to provide a safe and friendly place for gay men and women to meet and play tennis and at the same time actively promote grassroots among the gay and lesbian community.

The Club meets weekly at the Westway Tennis Centre on Sunday evenings from 5pm to 9pm. Between 30 and 50 players meet regularly on the eight indoor courts to play short doubles sets. This is, of course, alternated with light banter and heavy gossip. The club also runs coaching courses for both beginners and game improvers.
