Locaation of West Dunbartonshire in Scotland

West Dunbartonshire is a council area in Scotland. It was created in 1996 by combining the Clydebank district with most of the Dumbarton district, in the former Strathclyde region. It contains some of the suburbs and commuter towns around Glasgow.
