StartupOut is a non-profit organisation, aiming is to facilitate business growth and encourage entrepreneurship in the North West. There is a specific focus on innovation and the use of technology to encourage organisations and entrepreneurs to incorporate equality at the heart of their business by building relationships with members of the LGBT+ community. Through these relationships StartupOut will work to encourage both LGBT+ entrepreneurs and intrapreneurship within business.^[1]
