Derby is a city in the East Midlands. It is a unitary authority, but within the ceremonial county of Derbyshire.

LGBT history

In the 1970s there were a GLF froup and a CHE group, and there was a gay club in the village of Shardlow, six miles away.

Panthers RFC is a local gay inclusive rugby club.
