Sir George Robert Mowbray (1899–1969) was the 5th Baronet Mowbray, and president of Reading University Council.

In August 1946 he was fined £20 and ordered to pay £5 5s. costs for importuning men for an immoral purpose at Piccadilly Circus Underground station.[1]
