Aylesbury Vale is a local government district in Buckinghamshire. It is largely an agricultural area. The main towns are Aylesbury and Buckingham.

In 1988 the Bucks Herald reported that there were at least twelve transexuals living in Aylesbury. The newspaper also reported that Alison Bennett (formerly Alan Bennett) was planning to move to the town [1].
There was an Aylesbury LGBT Group.
