Mark Rees

Mark Rees (born 1942) is a transgender activist. After his transition he tried to get ordained in the Church of England but was refused because he was legally a woman. He took the case to the European Court of Human Rights without avail. He was a member of Tunbridge Wells council from 1994 to 1998.
