Ian Dodds

Ian Dodds is a businessman, currently head of his own firm Ian Dodds Consulting which specialises in helping clients build an inclusive culture.

He grew up on a council estate on Teesside, and studied at Wadham College, Oxford.

"By that time I knew that I was bisexual and it was wonderful to be at a college with a Head, Sir Maurice Bowra, who was openly out. This gave me the confidence from thereon to always be out as a bisexual man."[1]

Ian Dodds Consulting was at one time a member of the LGBT Consortium.[2]
