Jean Osborne (born 1954)[1] is an expert in the field of domestic violence.

She was ranked number 57 in the Pink List 2010 and 61 in the Pride Power List 2011. The Pink List citation said:

"A domestic violence expert, Osborne founded the first domestic violence crisis intervention centre in a British police station. She raised more than £1m to fund the project, and was commended by the Met Police for her pioneering work."[2]
