Norman Redman (1945–1987) was an out gay football referee, and the founder of the Arun CHE Group.

Norman Redman lived in Littlehampton and ran an ice cream stall on the local seafront.[1] He was also a part-time gym instructor,[2] and a Sussex and London Football Association Referee.

In 1978 he set up Gaystars XI, which was probably the first (but shortlived) gay football team.
