Three Rivers is a local government district within Hertfordshire. It takes its name from the rivers Chess, Gade and Colne. The main towns are Rickmansworth and Chorleywood.
LGBT history
In 2012 the Three Rivers Council facilitated two focus groups on behalf of the Hertfordshire LGBT Partnership. Both groups contained a mix of the LGBT community who live work or socialise in Watford, Three Rivers or Hertsmere.[1]
