The South Staffordshire Mesmen Project undertakes HIV prevention and sexual health promotion with gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men in South Staffordshire. It was set up in 1995 with the aims of focusing on developing and delivering high quality, relevant and appropriate HIV prevention initiatives and sexual health services to gay and bisexual men in a variety of settings.[1] Its headquarters is in Lichfield.
The project is part of Staffordshire Buddies and a member of the South and East Staffordshire LGBT Network.
