15 Square, formerly NORM-UK, is a charity that advocates the avoidance of circumcision for medical reasons, and provides information about circumcision and means of restoring foreskins to men who have been circumcised. It was founded in 1994. The original name was taken from the American organisation NORM - the National Organization of Restoring Men.

The organisation has now been re-launched as 15 Square:

"If unfolded and spread out flat, a typical adult foreskin would measure about 15 square inches - the size of a five pound note. This is the amount of tissue lost to a circumcision."[1]
