The '''North West Committee for Homosexual Law Reform''' ('''NWCHLR''') was a group set up in 1964 by [[Allan Horsfall]] and others in the [[Greater Manchester]] area. In 1969 it became a national body as the Committee for Homosexual Equality, and in 1971 it was renamed [[Campaign for Homosexual Equality]] (CHE).
