Michael Field

Michael Field was the pseudonym of the lesbian couple Katharine Bradley (1846–1914) and Edith Cooper (1862–1914) who jointly wrote many poems and verse dramas. They were members of the Aesthetic Movement, led by Walter Pater, and were friends of the artists Charles Ricketts and Charles Shannon.
