The LGBTQ General Assembly is an annual event held on the last Saturday in January in Milton Keynes. It is organised by Q:alliance and seeks to bring together all the organiSations that are interested in the Lesbian, Gay, Bi- and Transgender and Questioning (LGBTQ) communities in South-East England.

The General Assembly has been held annually starting in 2010. The 2012 event had the theme "Body, Mind and Spirit".
